When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, project city, project type, selected products and notes. The form does not ask for identity documents, payment-card data or account passwords.
How it is used
The information is used to reply, assess service feasibility, arrange a survey, recommend a configuration, prepare a quotation and, where applicable, deliver and support the contracted project.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website's managed database. Access is restricted to the password-protected administrator area. Hosting and database providers may process the data as necessary to operate the service.
Your choices
You may ask Door Teacher to correct or delete enquiry information that no longer needs to be retained. Transaction and project records that must be kept by law or contract are excluded.
